You may be overwhelmed these days with all the self help books, friend’s advice, lifestyle magazines, and social media influencers telling you different approaches on how to reach your goals.  They try to “sell” you this through statements like:

• “5 Easy steps,”
• “3 Simple Lifestyle Changes,”
• “10 ways to Stop/Start ___________.”

These statements can leave us feeling inadequate because, if it’s really that “easy”, why can’t we just do it? It sets us up for an internal dialogue about how we are not good enough or smart enough. This leaves us in a freeze state of overwhelm and inadequacy… and who’s ever going to make any changes for themselves when they feel frozen?!

That’s where someone like me can help you weed through all the noise that’s out there.

We all know the old saying, “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks!”  Of course with this belief you won’t!  But, what I will help teach you is that YOU are in control of teaching yourself new “tricks” through giving yourself a new encouraging and hopeful inner dialogue.  But it starts with believing in yourself!  Belief, hope, and courage to step into vulnerability is the key to SUCCESS!

Once you have these tools, you can learn to apply them to anything in your life. Once you have the belief in yourself that you can be successful, you will see how much easier it will feel to make positive changes for yourself.  I will teach you how to turn down the volume of the old negative beliefs, and instead turn up the volume of hopeful and optimistic thoughts you DESERVE  to have so you can make the changes you want!

You deserve to hold kindness for yourself to make a mistake AND learn how to pick yourself back up again and dust yourself off so you can try again!  That’s how we learn to succeed.  WE HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO GET OURSELVES BACK UP AFTER WE HAVE FALLEN.

I will help teach you the tools necessary to allow yourself to grieve your mistakes or shortcomings AND how to learn what to do next. I will help you learn how to allow yourself grace to know that “getting back on the bike is the only way to actually learn how to ride the bike!”

Being trained as a therapist has allowed me to see several hundreds different people in my career. The most important thing I have learned is that most of us have limiting beliefs of “not good enough,” or “I’m weak.”
