This training explores how hormonal rhythms influence mood, eating behavior, sleep, and overall emotional well-being. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of key hormones and how their natural fluctuations throughout the menstrual cycle impact mental health.
The session integrates psychoeducation, case examples, and practical tools to help clinicians recognize patterns, reduce shame in clients, and apply cycle-informed strategies in therapy.
