Join Krista Day-Gloe, local author and therapist, for the launch of Mood & Moon: A Body-Led Guide for Cycling Bodies.
This interactive workbook is designed specifically for women (or AFAB individuals), offering education on how the 28-day hormonal cycle influences far more than ovulation and PMS. It provides both the science and practical tools to help you begin recognizing patterns within your own body.
This is a come-and-go event from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, where you can stop in to connect, ask questions, and even have your book signed by the author!
From 11:00–11:30 AM, Krista will offer a short educational talk covering the foundation of how hormones shape daily experiences, including:
- Why mood, energy, sleep, and appetite shift throughout the month
- How hormones influence emotional responses, focus, and relationships
- The connection between the nervous system and hormonal rhythms
- How to begin identifying your own patterns using the workbook and tracker
Whether you stay for a few minutes or attend the full experience, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how your body influences your mental and emotional health—and how to start working with it, rather than against it.
